Terry cares and is a great communicator. He is easy to work, flexible and knowledgeable. Any small issues were fixed quickly without any hesitation. He started our job promptly and worked hard through completion. I will definitely work with him again and will be referring him to my friends. For reference he graded our entire front and side yard (1.5 acres) Graded, brought in over 40 dump trucks of dirt in our backyard. Seeded and strawed front yard, and laid Sod (about 4k sq ft) in our backyard.

The DetCon team done an excellent job in correcting my yard’s erosion issues. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was correct and that I was satisfied with their work!! They were also very careful and considerate in not damaging any other of my lawn. Great job!!

Terry is a great guy and very conscientious about his work I would say he exceeded my expectations and would hire again and recommend him to anyone. You need some land clearing do yourself a favor and talk to Terry
