FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new client is to provide and review the NC Working With Real Estate Agents informational brochure. This document explains the different types of Agency representation that exist. I am a firm believer in transparency and in an effort to afford this new client a level of protection I will ask them to not disclose any personal or financial information until they have decided in what capacity they would like for my firm and I to represent them in. I answer any questions they may have and will be with them every step of their journey. I never slide my clients over on a transaction or closing coordinator and I do not have a probie running point. The whole process matters to me, not just the introduction and a closing check which, by the way, are the easiest days of our job! I want to make sure everything in between is taken care of and your interest are protected.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are looking to hire a professional, to assist you with Selling, Buying, Investing, Managing, Developing or Bidding on properties, ask if they are licensed to practice Real Estate in NC, if their license is Active and in Good standing. Don't be shy about asking to see their license pocket card or looking them up on the NCREC website by name or license number.
