Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A services based company had a server crash and when their regular IT guy showed up, one they had used for a few years, he messed around a couple of hours and left. They were unable to get ahold of him anymore. They called us. We went in, assessed the situation, fixed it, and now the customer is a long term contractual customers and has also incorporated a few more products that we offer (cloud backups and email). This is what we are all about!
