What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
30 minutes $29.95 60 minutes $49.95 90 minutes $69.95 New clients can receive a 60 minute massage for just $34.95. I also offer daily specials, packages, and rebooking specials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each new clients is required to fill out a client intake form before their first session. This allows me to see where the client is at in their massage therapy journey. After the client fills out the paper work we will sit down and discuss their needs and the goals they are wishing to reach throughout their treatments.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with honors and over 800 hours of training from Living Arts Institute in 2013. Since then I have completed over 48 hours of hands on training.
