Introduction: I have been performing weddings since 1980, and I absolutely love this aspect of what I do in ministry.
I have done over a 100 weddings. I tailor-make your wedding ceremony to what you want as a couple, what expresses you as a couple the best, and what in the ceremony people say that is you.
I also offer a 6-week premarital counseling with each session, lasting about an hour.
The premarital counseling is based on what the couple fills out in a premarital worksheet and also an expectation sheet.

He was wonderful! After having problems with an officiant we booked for our wedding 7-26-2014 ..we found Mr.Luper on that thursday..(2 days before wedding)he showed up to rehearsa the next day...He is grrrreaat to work with!! I Highly recommend you choose him if you want an grrreat officiant!!!!!
