Latest Review: I have been working with Michael for 2 years. He is absolutely everything I was looking for in a personal trainer. Very affordable which has enabled me to keep up at least 2-3 sessions per week which is essential for me because without our scheduled sessions, I simply won't make myself go to the gym. I've tried many gym memberships, group classes, meetups, etc, etc, etc over the years and the truth is, exercising just isn't my thing. But it is Michael's thing. He practices what he teaches. The other thing I love is he is not one of those stereotypical, over-the-top personalities. He is encouraging but not in that "omg! you're doing sooooo great!" way. I find that very annoying with other trainers. On the flip side, he also isn't in my face yelling which I do not find motivating either. I'm not the "boot camp" type, personally. But, I have a feeling he has that in him if you need it, lol! :) Overall, he has kept me going these last two years and I owe him far more than he will ever know for that. I could not recommend him more highly. Oh, and yes, I am seeing great results!!
