Terique of Epps Bistro has done several jobs for me. He is my go to for all things food. Our first job was a small lunch with coworkers. I gave him a time to be there, a few diet restrictions and a very brief conversation about what we might enjoy. Honestly the rest was magic! He brings delicious choices sets it all up masterfully, serves with such gentle attention that he's sort of there always checking that all is well, but not intrusive. Then he cleans puts everything as it was and its as if he was never there. Well, except for the memories of great food, attentive service and the question I always have "what else can you do?" We recently hired him to cater a four day beach house event for eight of us. I wondered how it would be living with our chef. It was fantastic! We all had great food. Coffee was made when we awoke, creative breakfast options. Informal lunches and fresh delicious dinners. It was a fabulous four days and again...yummy memories. His talents are quickly recognized and appreciated as I now happily see him catering for gatherings that I had nothing to do with. I guess we all know quality when we see it. Our latest EB food obsession is his turkey and chicken meatballs. My family loves them. So I just have him on a delivery schedule, (oh and his fratatas) and our fridge is always stocked. This guy is so easy to work with. You'll love his quite humor. A+ operation.
