- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Weekly 30 minute lesson: $30 Weekly 60 minute lesson: $50 During each lesson I will provide you with practice materials that are personalized to your needs. You will also have the option of contacting me between lessons. I will always be available to answer questions or (if your brain works like mine!) jog your memory.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a one-on-one conversation. This way, I can tailor each student's curriculum. And that ensures your success. Furthermore, this will isolate exactly what topics we should cover so you spend less time guessing and more time 'rocking out'!
