- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?There's no "set up" fees or charges to join. We go strictly month to month. Our pricing structure is based on the number of sessions per month. The break down is as follows: For 1 - 4 sessions per month the rate is $50/session. For 5 - 8 sessions per month the rate is $40/session. Anything over 9 sessions per month is only $30/session. The group rate is $99 for unlimited group sessions. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?For new clients with very limited to no exercise experience, we always recommend private training in the beginning. A minimum 2 -3 days per week. This program will be designed around your specific needs and goals. During this training you'll learn basic movements. We can teach you proper form and technique. You'll be able to take as much time as and ask as many questions as you need to feel comfortable and confident with the program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'm a nationally certified personal trainer with the American Council on Exercise. I also have a personal training certificate from Hondros College in Ohio. Along with that, I have a B.S. degree in general physical education from SUNY at Brockport. I've been personal training for over 12 years. Managed a gym for 2 years and have owned my own private training studio now going on 7 years.
