Ease Air replaced our old, beat up ac unit and furnace. What a great experience! Everyone was incredibly courteous and I was surprised how clean and smooth the whole process was. I tried out the new ac unit and it purrs like a kitten, I can have an actual conversation outside now! For those interested, Ease Air does service the Charlotte region, and I learned they also offer financing options. Would definitely recommend.

I have used this company for HVAC maintenance for years. When time to replace the HVAC system I only called Ease Air. Great company & people to deal with. Thanks to Stephanie in the office for scheduling & Travis the service tech for all their help.
