- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing is based off 1 Individual session per week. If you train more than once a week, additional discounts apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We spend time gathering initial data, such as, body composition, strength, cardiovascular and general health assessments. We set short and longer-term fitness goals as well as setting up your 8-12-week fitness routine.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Bachelor of Science in exercise science at Portland State University, National Academy Sports Medicine- Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Fitness Nutrition Specialist.
