Water Heater Repair or Maintenance
Really great experience with Ease! Tasha was very responsive and called my wife back 2 minutes after I sent out a request for repair of my tankless water heater to set up an appointment and Austin came out and fixed the issue within an hour. Unbelievable professionalism and outstanding customer service. 1000000000% I will be happy to use them again!

Plumbing Pipe Repair
Josh and Trevor showed up on time. They were both very polite and explained what they were going to do to fix the problem. While they were under the house they actually noticed another problem I didn't know about! They took pictures and are coming back to fix it. I highly recommend this company

These guys helped out down in Texas after the big winter storm. They were very good about fitting me in while they were also working on a neighbors house. Although it appears now that my issue is more the appliance not the pipe, so the issue was not fixed, however they were courteous and quick and would definitely use again.

From the moment we contacted Ease Plumbing, we received quality service. After a major water leak, Matt arrived at our home to provide an evaluation of the plumbing issues. He was always responsive, answering our numerous questions and addressing our concerns, even on weekends. Matt, Nikki, and Fletcher worked hard to fix our plumbing issues, and installed a water softener. Matt helped me find a company to inspect our well and he conducted tests on our water. Matt also provided comedic relief during a very stressful time. Matt deserves 10 stars!!
