About this pro
Good job for the price. Arrived a bit late and felt like he was rushing through the project. Also didn't clean up after himself. But end of the day got it done which is what he was hired to do.Aug 14, 2018Verified
Install lighting in a rental rehab: 5 of 10 lights were installed poorly, a few with visual inconsistencies (loose from wall, wires sticking out), the main concern came after removing ALL the lights & finding poor connections (wires not twisted before wire nuts installed) on most & 7 lights with the grounds not connected. He did offer to come & fix any issues, but that level of error cannot be tolerated in a rental property due to liabilities.Mar 25, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do not have an hourly set wage, I try to save my customers as much as possible and find that pricing by the job works well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I first like to see if my customer is educated on the product, or service they are looking for, and give different options, solutions, and most importantly price options. It is very important to me to help save my customers as much as possible on cost, without compromise to quality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been in almost every trade in the building industry, 6 years as a Warranty Technician for a major custom home builder in Charlotte N.C., and 5 years as a building Superintendent for a trac home builder in Charlotte as well.
