The ladies that came to clean were absolutely amazing and did same-day service. I had gotten home from being gone several days to a train-wreck of dead bugs all over my kitchen. I had set off a bug bomb after seeing this to get the rest of the pests, but I really did not want to have to be the one to clean them up and to scrub down the kitchen to make sure counters and such were safe again for food preparation. I warned in my post of this and that I really wanted someone who wouldn't mind scrubbing down the place and bleaching/disinfecting the kitchen and vacuuming the other rooms. Yolanda did an amazing job and was very thorough. They moved the furniture to make sure that everything was cleaned, including behind the fridge and washer and dryer. If you want people that are friendly and will do an honest amazing job, this is the person/team to hire.

Before Ms. Geddie arrived, I advised her via e-mail that I wanted the following cleaned: ceiling fans, all floors (wood, tile, carpet), dusting, bathroom mirrors, baseboards, windows, and blinds. She did a great job dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning the ceiling fans. However, I had to remind her to clean the bathroom floors. She vacuumed the wood floors but they were not cleaned. Ms. Geddie was on time and was very professional and friendly. Her post on Thumbtack quoted "$50 total price". When I mentioned this, she said the $50 was an estimated price and that I owed $60. I paid her the $60 plus $10 in tips. I am agreeable to working with her again as long as I am aware of the correct charge in advance. Also, cleaning of baseboards, windows, and blinds were not addressed.

Ms.Juanita, I want to apologize for Thumbtack "Quote Estimate:$50 total price" and my message, "Estimated $50", not being clear. I also want to apologize for not cleaning the hardwood flooring. This could have been easily addressed while I was there, if you would have told me right then when I asked if there is anything else I needed to do as with mopping the bathroom floors. As for the cleaning of the blinds, windows, and baseboards, per our discussion, if time allowed I would do, if not I would come back another day and do the remaining cleaning. I am easy to work with, and aim to be as honest and fair as I can be. I am not perfect, but I do my best to please. In the near future, If I miss anything and/or dont address your cleaning needs as you expect, please tell me immediately and I will be sure to make it right.

I went to hire Mrs. Geddie back in October and last minute had to cancel. I still had her number and needed a moving in clean. Mind you, I texted her the evening before I needed someone to do this move in clean, so it was very last minute. She told me she was busy but that she would try her best to get me someone to come as I needed someone first thing in the morning. She provided me with an awesome person! She did everything she could to find someone for me in such short notice, and she did a great job. Little spots left behind on oven but other than that everything was very clean. Bathrooms and carpet was done greatly and it smelled amazing when I walked in. All done in a timely manner. I highly recommend their cleaning services!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I have a customer that her job requires her to travel and she is gone for weeks at a time. When she returns home she is exhausted and trying to recuperate, so I am able to clean for her while she is resting. This makes me so happy that she can enjoy a clean relaxing home while recuperating from her travels. To see the worry-free, relaxed, and smiling face is so worth it!
