Our wedding was back in June of 2013. It is now December of 2014. We still have not received our photo album.
During our wedding, the company forgot to bring our up-lights that my wife really looked forward to having for the reception. David told my wifes mother that she wouldn't even notice they weren't there. Really? I still do not understand why they couldn't have sent somebody back to pick them up once they realized they were forgotten.
There were a few other issues during the wedding but these two were the biggest. Emails continue to go unanswered.
