The ease of getting quotes and scheduling the work. Communication with contractor was good and work was done well. Contractor was able to flex with my schedule. Better and clear information on daily rates would be good as drive time and such is being factored into the day. Expectations were based on physical time being there.Sep 21, 2016Verified

I like MBSF responsiveness as I was not on site for the repairs, but they were able to come out and give an estimate of what the cost would be based on the assessment. What I didn’t like Is that the price changed from the estimated price to a higher price BUT that change was not indicated until the end of the project. It would’ve been nice to know 1. The estimated price had changed 2. what caused it to change AND 3. how much it had changed prior to receiving the invoice....as I had asked for the invoice several times. Furthermore, they applied 1 coat of paint which was extremely light...but again, I was not in town to check on the rental property.Apr 28, 2019Verified
