Bryant is an outstanding trainer who has not only helped improve my strength, stamina and overall fitness, but who has greatly assisted me in my continual battle against Diabetes. When I started training with Bryant, I was in very poor condition and my Diabetes was out of control. Today my Diabetes in under control and my doctor advised that my exercise program is the reason. Bryant is able to gauge my strengths and weaknesses and understands exactly what I need and what I am capable of doing. He pushes me to my limits, but never beyond them. Bryant varies the workout so that it never becomes boring or repetitive and makes every session an enjoyable experience. Besides being polite, professional and caring, he is dedicated. Training is not just job to him, it is a way of helping people. I would advise anyone who is looking to improve their health and fitness to train with Bryant.
I've been working with Elton for about 4 months. During this time Ive been able to achieve a big health goal with his assistance. Having suffered injuries from a prior accident, under Elton guidance, my flexibility and strength has gradually improved. I've felt better than i have in years. On top of his professionalism and knowledge; Elton is courteous and goes above and behind. I've had previous experience with trainers with little satisfaction. Absolutely Love and Impressed! I signed up to help my daughter get in shape for her wedding but found that I am getting more benefits health wise out this than I expected. Jayd is very knowledgeable and proffessional, she even goes out of her way to modify my workouts for my health issues. Meeting with Jayd once a week , as well as, having to log my workouts and meals daily is perfect since I am not a self motivated person when it come to eating right and exercising. I am very pleased with Maida! She is a wonderful person and cares a lot about people. She took me shopping, cooked and I watched so i could take notes. I saw her every week at first, now I'm every other week. I don't think I would be this sucessfull with those who chage $100.00. I bet she makes more money and has a higher sucess rate because of it. Plus she is helping others get health, live longer and feel great! I have been seeing her for over 2 months now. It is a process that takes time, but I'm still learning. I highly recomends her.

Elizabeth has been my personal trainer for many years and I benefit greatly from working with her. When Eliza beth is training, her focus is 100% on me. She truly cares that I do the exercises correctly in order to receive the most benefit, and works to insure that I always feel comfortable with what we are doing. Elizabeth continually works with me on correct form with the result that I have developed positive habits of movement habits that have benefited me in many areas of my life, and made me feel stronger and more physically capable in daily life. Elizabeth is sharply attuned to how I am responding to the exercises and movements that she gives me in each session, and will immediately fine tune or substitute an activity to make sure I am comfortable. She seems to have a great depth of knowledge about different ways to reach the desired result and is always willing to make changes until we find what works for me. As I age Elizabeth continues to change and refine our sessions. If I have lower energy that day or am just not quite totally into exercising, she adjusts our activities in such a way that I still leave feeling great and with a sense of time well spent. One thing I especially appreciate about Elizabeth is her positive attitude. She doesn't chatter or talk about things not related to my training. He has also interned in the strength and conditioning departments for both the University of Massachusetts and Holy Cross College.
