Erica is a very nice person and her family comes to help her out. However, I pre-paid for 5 3-hour cleanings. I only got her to come out twice and the first time I got 3 people in a 1 hour cleaning. That adds to 3 man hours even though one was in the car for the first 35 minutes and just came in to mop. Erica is a workhorse who cleans under and behind everything. Her kids however take shortcuts as much as possible which is why you rarely hire kids to to house cleaning. The second time only her two kids came and they were both out in 45 minutes. One of the rooms wasn't even vacuumed and the kitchen was hardly cleaned. All calls over the next 8 months to get my remaining 3 cleanings went unanswered and voicemails were not returned. This company is just not reliable. Luckily I was able to get a refund from Groupon.

I would like to share my experience with Takecare Professional Cleaning Service. I am more than pleased with the cleaning services rendered. The staff inquired about my cleaning needs & expectations. The manner in which they cleaned my home took me back to those Saturday mornings my own mother would have my sisters & me cleaning!!! They hit those spots that tend to get overlooked from small spots in the kitchen to those dreaded baseboard corners!!!! I love them!! Please give them a try. They aim to please!! We TakeCare of bathrooms and floors. Our pet lovers need our help to keep their home pet hair free with a fresh clean smell. Our clients are amazed at the wonderful work we do on their mold and mildew. Their bathrooms sparkle. For that little added touch, we change their trash liner and replace it with our scented liner. And to top it all off, we never leave without a through walk through for those clients who are home.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get to know your cleaning associate. Using locally owned companies gives you a more friendly and family oriented service. Catch the specials for a chance to get to know what they have to offer. If you enjoy their service, stick with that company. Jumping from company to company will never give you the special and friendly service you are looking for.
