I can't say enough great things about Daniel and Perfect Event. When you have a major family event happening (in our case a bat mitzvah with 125 guests) and many service providers and moving parts, working with an experienced pro who knows what to ask you, how to handle logistics, is dependable, and performs flawlessly is HUGE! Before the event, Daniel worked with my daughter to get a song list together, coordinated the games she wanted to play, and worked with us to put together the equipment (LED uplighting, projector, etc.) we needed to create the ambience we sought to have. On event day, he was the first one to arrive to setup, and easily went with the flow of the evening - dinner announcement, introductions, getting the dancing and games started, and taking care of the family video (which he astutely had us send him beforehand so we could all be certain it would go off without a hitch). Lastly, aside from his professionalism, Daniel was just a great person to work with - he clearly cared about making this event a great one for my daughter and our family!
Michael was very knowledgeable and fast while working to mix my music. He really knew his way around the soundboard. Very professional! I enjoyed my experience and was able to take my music home the same day.
Beautiful set up. Engineer was great, really allowed me to get comfortable in the studio
Dopest studio that provides you the perfect environment for creating and recording. Chill vibe and the quality of work is always to the professional standard here. The engineer makes sure the job gets done right, puts music first, and just a cool person to know in general. At the end of the day you'll walk out of here with full satisfaction with your work. Highly Recommended!
Joe Basile was an assistant teacher in my 383 class at Western Carolina University, "Music and Audio in Media." I was a film student at the time with very little understand of music and audio especially in film industry. Now the two teachers, co-teaching the class, taught me a lot about sound but it was Joe with his one on one sessions with me and all the other students that help solidify the knowledge we were gaining. After college, I couldn't get a job in film but I was able to get a job as a sound engineer doing live concerts only because of my background with the 383 class and what Joe helped me learn in it. Now I work for Samaritan's Purse in their broadcast department doing audio and video for them. I love my job and how it helps people around the world. I say all this because if it wasn't for that class and Joe helping me on my projects after hours making sure I understand music, audio, and sound, I wouldn't be where I am today. Thank you, Joe Basile! Sincerely, TC
Very reliable and professional organization. I have the pleasure of working with Clarkstar on three projects. All were completed on time and on budget. Thanks again!
I have worked extensively with Rob Underhill for 8 years as a film actor. Rob has been a director, producer and writer for several film projects I've been in, and I have been greatly impressed with his level of professionalism and ingenuous creativity. He has an excellent eye for detail. He has a very unique (often hilariously or magnetically quirky), effective way of bringing out and showcasing the human condition in his writing and directing. Rob produces excellent, award-winning commercial and independent products that have set him ahead of most filmmakers I have worked with. His professionalism and personality work well with all types of individuals involved in his productions, and it actually is key in bringing out the best in them for these projects. He does not waver from getting his work perfected and completed, and he has built a solid network of film-making professionals with which to continue building his large portfolio of impressive work. Rob's commercial and independent work continues to impress his clients and colleagues, and his portfolio of award-winning work absolutely speaks for itself.
I have worked with Shane at Mariner Studios on multiple recording projects for Raleigh, NC bands The Pseudo Cowboys and Paper Dolls. The studio has plenty of quality equipment and offers a great space to capture a clean, natural sound from the instruments, whether in a live tracking or multi-tracking environment. Shane is very skilled in recording engineering, mixing, and mastering and knows how to get projects done right. Creative energy flows well during sessions here, and the final products sound polished and professional. Plus he works fast! And is a badass musician to boot!
FJ was so easy to work with, both in the studio and during the mixing process. As a first-timer in the studio, I appreciated his keeping the mood light and at the same time professional. When it came time for him to share the song mixes with me, our give and take was very comfortable -- he was always receptive to my concerns, questions, and suggestions. I recommend him highly to anyone who's considering a recording project!
The guys at War Height Audio did an excellent job recording, mixing, and mastering my band Chateau's EP. Pat was great at making us comfortable with the whole process and made sure we loved the final result. Highly recommended
I got the opportunity to work with Joe over the course of 3 years. He is a fantastic producer who can not only tackle but master pretty much any music genre you throw at him. Furthermore, music creation aside, he also excels at mixing, writing, gives constructive criticism on your performance, and knows how to take your idea and turn it into a polished, industry-ready jam. Could not be in better hands!
Been working with Nick for years and can honestly say every session is well worth it, best engineer on the East Coast hands Down!! I Been to plenty of studios locally and nationwide but no one gives the level of professionalism of this man Very easy to work with and knows equipment good enough to deliver quality audio engineering to I believe any artist. Problems with vocals- tone pitch correction -off timing on a vocal track or any other issue you can possibly think of I can promise Nick has a fix. I haven't gotten my vocals mixed by anyone else since, dude is really A1 !!!
I love stopping by The Studio. Zen is a cool engineer! It feels like home every time I book the booth!
John brought a great mix of age appropriate music for our Girl Scout event! (2 hour dance to kick off our cookie sale). His equipment was perfect for our venue (school gym) - the light show seemed like it was tailored for us; and his setup and take down were both timely and efficient. The girls had a great time and I thank John / Carolina Productions for making the event a huge success. I hope to be able to do business with John in the future and would highly recommend this service.
We contracted Beery Media to produce a video to introduce the 2016 president of the American Society of Civil Engineers to the members. They did a great job of capturing the president's folksy, down-to-earth personality. Beery Media was easy to work with and gave us a fair price for the project.
