Affordable prices in line with the market rate in this industry in the RDU area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Make a initial call within 24 hours to discuss the client moving arrangements and any questions. Clarified the moving date and method of payment. 2. Give the client my business phone and/or email address if any question(s) arises before the moving date. 3. Call the client the day before the moving date to confirm the moving date and time. Discuss the method of payment at the end of the moving job. Explain how the client can leave a "Review" for the moving job on Thumbtack.
