Pricing is different for each event according to type of event and food served.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Cordial Nights has a questionnaire we like to go over with all clients. This questionnaire goes over the clients likes and dislikes, allergy concerns, menu planning and more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated phi theta kappa from Alamance Community College with a degree in culinary technology. I am also currently underway in starting the process of my Certified Chef de Cuisine certifications with the ACF.
