- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thrift hauls and travel may be an additional fee on top of the hourly rate. Storage bins may be purchased for your job at an additional cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll set up a (free) 30-60 minute meeting so we can get to know each other and I can familiarize myself with the space and ask questions about the job. Once we're both clear about the terms, I'll add the job to my schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always loved to organize and make peoples' lives better with organization and presentation. My professional background is in data management (electronic file organization) and event planning.
