My son Will started working with Max over a year ago. After one month, the transformation was amazing. Will had more confidence than he ever had. He was stronger and proud of how he looked. Max promised Will that he would come see him on prom night. Will had told Max that he would have never had the courage to ask a girl to prom if he hadn't started training with him. We could not have asked for a better trainer, role model and friend for our son.

The staff at Raleigh Personal Training Center are competent and provide a variety of physical activities and programs based on your goals.
I hired Eric as my personal trainer in September 2017. I have an athletic background but had not worked out in years so I was very depressed about my weight and personal appearance. I was looking for, not only for a personal trainer, but for a professional that understood what I was going through and could help encourage me and keep me motivated to stick with the sessions to meet my goals. Eric and I began working together 2-3x's per week and my progression and strength have improved dramatically. I worked through Eric's beginner program and now I'm on a more specific program that I will get a reward at the end of the training. Since September my appearance has changed drastically. I've lost 50 lbs and the weight training has kept me from having a lot of flab from the weight loss. I'm glad I chose Eric to be a part of my fitness team and will continue to work with him on this long-term journey.

Very professional but also very down to earth and easy to relate to! Every training session has been new and unique..I never know what to expect. We have worked with trx bands, weights, circuit training, and hiit. Bryant is an awesome trainer I definitely recommend him if your looking for someone who thinks out of the box and pushes you but makes training exciting!
I've been training with Elton for about 6 weeks now. During this time I've seen a huge improvement in my strength, cardio and flexibility, and I'm on track for achieving my goals within the timeframe we set at the beginning. Each training session is hard work but so much fun and Elton always checks in on my diet and adjusts the exercises to best suit me. Since starting training with Elton I'm also sleeping better, eating better and feeling healthy and strong. I'm incredibly grateful that I found Elton and strongly recommend him for personal training.
I used to be very active in my early/mid 20s, but because I worked all the time and I injured my back (I had a herniated disc), i slowly started becoming less and less active until it got to a point where I gained a ton of weight and was completely out of shape. I weighed 174lbs (20lbs more than what I used to weigh) and was completely unhappy with myself. A couple months ago, I decided to take control of it and contacted Aaron after looking up several different personal trainers that could accommodate my schedule and had various qualifications. After meeting him the first time, I knew that he was extremely knowledgeable and would push me to achieve my goals, as well as make sure that I would not re-injure my back. I went to him twice a week for 2 months now, and because of it, along with a decent diet, I have now lost 15 lbs and am back into the physique that I used to be in. I cannot stress how satisfied that I am and how much I recommend people train under him. My girlfriend is even going to start training under him after seeing the results that I have gotten thus far. I HIGHLY recommend anyone of all ages/sizes/goals go to him.
I came to Kristen over a year ago after having bariatic surgery and needed to work on my core strength etc. My muscle was disappearing and needed to be rebuilt. Kristen worked with me to build up my upper body strength and was not pushy but pushed me to do more than I "said" I could do. She shared nutrition information with me, learned more about my surgery and didn't push anything on me to use. I wish I could still work with her but job schedule and finances prevent that, but as soon as my finances are back ...she is my first call! I miss going to her and the training she gave me. She is definitely a hidden gem in the fitness world and will work with you where you are at today and where you want to be.
I had a great experience working with DeMarcus Brooks. Starting out, he made sure he understood my primary goals and I understood his way of training. He was very creative and knowledgeable. For every training session, he designed a unique and effective workout plan which have helped me to progress and to gain lots of strength. DeMarcus was extremely motivating and encouraging to stay focused and determined to reach to my goals. He was definitely a professional personal trainer and a joy to be around. Lisa is a personal trainer who offers a comprehensive approach to training that covers strength, flexibility, balance, endurance and cardiovascular fitness. Her work-outs are always challenging, motivating, balanced and fun. She is able to deliver a tremendous amount of variety, keeping each training session fresh. Lisa is also understanding and mindful of individual goals and limitations. Every workout is a challenge but never so far out of my range/ability that I get frustrated. I would recommend Lisa to anyone who wants a customized and comprehensive fitness regime. She truly takes the time to understand her clients goals and needs.

I started going to Jayd for personal training once a week about a month ago. I had previously been going to Title and doing power hour multiple times a week plus eating well for many months. Since starting with Jayd I can see MUCH more differences in my body. Working with her has pushed whatever barrier was keeping me from the results I wanted. Checking in on Trainerize makes me feel accountable for what I'm eating and how much I'm working outside of our sessions because I know she can see. I'm just starting to play with other features in the app but I like that she uses something that keeps track so I don't have to! Excellent trainer. Challenges you with various different workout in the gym. He also provides a whole stick approach to training promoting who listing lifestyle changes in regards to nutrition, motivation, and mental strength. Lost 70 lbs. Working with him over a period of 2 years. Would highly recommend him to anybody.
The trainer was very down to earth and informative. I really like the way he explained his training process to keep me informed. He also went out of his way to make the session fun. The best part is that he works with your schedule as much as possible.
