- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After an in-depth discussion with my clients about their legal needs, I provide a proposed flat fee based on the services being requested. In some cases, the fee may be a range, for example $125.00 - $175.00 for a cease and desist letter. However, in all cases, my clients know in advance what the legal fee will be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New potential clients may email me, call me, or book an appointment directly on my website. After checking for conflicts of interest, I will confirm your appointment by email. You may schedule an appointment for thirty minutes or for an hour depending on your needs. The fee for a thirty minute initial consultation is $75.00. The fee for a 60 minute consultation ranges from $125.00 - $175.00.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law and have been licensed since 2002. I am a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, Durham County Bar Association, and George White Bar Association.
