Energy Moments- Inspired Coaching

Introduction: Although I am a trained and certified Life Coach, I have lived the processes I provide for my clients. It is not clinical. My experiences were hard fought but through them I learned strategies to help others move through the process of change toward their goals. My complimentary strategy session is also unique in the industry. It is a opportunity to get to know if we make a good "fit" and if my brand of coaching works for the individual. I provide an atmosphere of openness, non judgement and authenticity to my sessions allowing clients to trust me to help them "decode" their issues. My biggest delight is seeing the growth and change in my clients. It is thrilling to help a person walk through the minefield of their life to sort out & sift what is useful in a physical and emotional sense,and hold on to what works and begin to move unrestricted toward what they they want. When my clients reach their goals, no matter what they are, I am fulfilled. That's what I really love about what I do.
