- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nearly all projects are unique, that's why pricing is often derived after developing an understanding of our partners' goals. We need to understand the problem to devise the solution. Understanding the solution allows us to understand the level of work necessary to deliver.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our strength is in the value we create for our partners. Our value is created through our unique take on the design process. We work by first taking a deep-dive into understanding our partners' goals, and challenges. Every great result starts with extensive conversation to uncover "the genuine needs".
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're all seasoned professional with over 50 years of combined experience at the top-shelf of our industry.
