Jay did a phenomenal job installing my garbage disposal. He got it installed in less than an hour and it works great. The great thing about going through Jay, opposed to other Home Repair companies, is he is personal and accountable- no annoying dispatcher/operator on the phone that solely schedules appointments and refuses to answer questions. Jay is honest and will give you fair estimates and advice via phone or text. I will definitely use him again!

Professional, quality workmanship reasonable priced and innovative repairman. I needed 8 or 9 items repaired in my home prior to placing it on the market. J-tech gave me an initial quote to repair the items. I accepted most of the repair quotes and J-tech worked with me to find less costly quality methods to repair some of the more expensive issues. I would hire this company again and highly recommend them to others seeking quality cost effective home repairs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I don't just listen to a client I do my best to actually hear them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
If I'm unsure of something I research it as if to either correct myself or just to make sure I'm right. But I learn the best by doing and maybe messing up first but if it doesn't look right or I don't think it will hold up I'll tear it all apart and redo it.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I turned a hobbie in to something I love doing.
