I ran a company in Raleigh with 20+ crews, so I got to see a bit of everything. I love doing bathroom remodels because i like to see the smiles once they are complete
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that they are licensed and well experienced! Just because they are licensed, doesn't mean they have experience with certain jobs too. Ask lots of questions!
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
People tend to think that plumbers are too pricey. Our liability insurance is as much as a doctor and far more than other tradesmen. We are the only trade to deal with water, electricity, and gas (the top 3 reasons for a call to the insurance company)! Note: we come to you! Doctors can't usually say that :)
