- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard price system but 35-45 dollars is a usually average for moderate software ,virus repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
introduce myself with contact info plus answer any questions they have about myself determine there needs of time line ,problem there experiencing by listening ,evaluate computer explain the repair plan execute it .I make sure they satisfied with repairs .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught starting back around 1992 working with windows software when it first started .I worked at an electronics surplus dealer in California for five years. My responsibilities included sales repairs and purchasing various electronics from servers lasers computers radios electronic components just about everything .I work for a professor at Sacramento state creating a server where his student uploaded the work kept it virus free and maintained back in 1997 till 2007 . I have repaired so many units over the years.
