Introduction: I enjoy helping people by using my skills in electronics and computing.The fact of having experience programming,building and repairing computer since windows 3.1 somewhere around 1992 alone is experience most people don't have.The number of units and different experiences over the years has made me a well qualified techinician .I listen to my customers make sure they understand what the problem is and ways to avoid it in the future.My prices are fair and will leave you satisfied with my work.I always complete any other maintance and updates free of charge . I enjoy this work of repairing electronics doing repairs that people need use my experience.I had a job selling surplus computer parts in California .I loved going to work learning new computers ,electronics and repairing that was years ago never lost that passion of repairing things.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard price system but 35-45 dollars is a usually average for moderate software ,virus repairs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
introduce myself with contact info plus answer any questions they have about myself determine there needs of time line ,problem there experiencing by listening ,evaluate computer explain the repair plan execute it .I make sure they satisfied with repairs .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught starting back around 1992 working with windows software when it first started .I worked at an electronics surplus dealer in California for five years. My responsibilities included sales repairs and purchasing various electronics from servers lasers computers radios electronic components just about everything .I work for a professor at Sacramento state creating a server where his student uploaded the work kept it virus free and maintained back in 1997 till 2007 . I have repaired so many units over the years.
