He has years of experience as a professional fitness trainer and he is fully credentialed including several specialty areas. He listens carefully and he helps me to set realistic short term and long term goals. Eric always stresses safety first and proper technique. He inspires me to be successful and he has a contagious motivating and positive attitude. Eric is a competitive athlete himself and he is the best role model for his clients. Bryant with TND Fitness has been my personal trainer for over a month. During this time, I have lost weight and gained lean muscle. What I like about Bryant is that he is easy going, his friendly personality creates a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere. He makes each workout challenging but rewarding. During our sessions, Nick has provided fitness training that strengthened my body as well as my mind. There were always new skills being developed while lifting weights, which included improving body form to ultimately creating various methods for overcoming bad habits. For instance, I never knew how to run until I started training with Nick; I would “jog” for twenty seconds and be completely out of breath. After one year of training with Nick, I have since completed a total of three 5k’s and even won a race to the top is Stone Mountain! I absolutely love this place. The staff and owners are so friendly, knowledgeable, and everyone is willing to help. They have something for everyone here! They offer a clean and new facility that is full of state-of-the-at equipment. They have highly trained and knowledgeable personal trainers on staff, which can help anyone reach their fitness goals. The shakes from the juice bar have a variety of options based on your individual needs, and they taste great! Drinking these are a perfect way to end a workout. I wasn’t sure about getting a personal trainer but I’m glad I did. Pat pushes me to keep going and he wants me to reach my goal as much as I want to reach it. One hour at the gym with him and I was training harder than I have in years. He doesn’t sugar coat anything and it’s not going to be easy but it’s worth it

He listened to our goals, and created programs to suit our ages. He is always on time, professional and if he thinks he might be a minute late, he calls. He encourages us, makes the workouts fun and is creative with the exercises. We can't say enough positive about Paul and his programs!!! HIGHLY recommended!
Donna knows how hard to push you. She is punctuality and very knowledgeable. She keeps check on form makes sure you are doing it right and makes it fun by changing things up. Would highly recommend Donna if you need a fitness trainer.

Jennifer was a personal trainer and Barre Pilates Instructor. She taught proper form, technique posture and educated on overall health. She helped people reach optimum health through various techniques learned with years of experience in the fitness industry. Jennifer was able to help people of a wide variety of age, gender and fitness level. Her strengths are her knowledge of physiology and adaptation to the individual as well as a group. She was able to assist in showing individuals who were otherwise timid the benefits of personal health. I couldn't think of any improvements other than being able to clone herself to help more people, and her beginner computer skills.
