- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reach out to the customer as soon as possible to confirm the date and time of the job, as well as confirm the details of the job. Prompt when showing up to work on discussed time. Get payment for supplies if needed and already discussed prior to booking/ starting the job. If issues happen along the way, I update clients before moving on. After the job is complete, I invite clients to review my work and secure their approval of the job before receiving payment and leaving. Post job I personally reach out to the clients to thank them for allowing me the opportunity to grow in my craft and as for a review on their receiving with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For the most part I'm self taught. I've worked along side construction companies and picked up a few pointers and tips from them and also any helpful things I've learn from interior design and architectural schooling. I've quite often been in position where I had to figure it out versus hiring a professional.
