- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers I like to get to know them of course, but I like to get into my zone especially if it’s a client who wants weekly service. I want to get to know the area just be in my zone! I really can’t explain the feeling 😂😂 Even though I’m a really cool person, I like to be quite while working!! Hope that doesn’t offend anyone!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from a basic training program called Tarheel Challenge Academy and little did I know at the time that it would teach my things that would further my career in Hospitality! I learned how to make a bunk with a 45 degree angle on the corners, how to fold a dust blanket, setting up a wall locker with 3 fingers in between each hanger, how to work as a team, how to roll socks, underwear military style and I Initially learned how to pass a military inspection at the program as well which introduced me to new work and new experience as I got older!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Honestly! It’s a born given gift and I’ve been told by many people all my life! It doesn’t matter what kind of job I’m working outside of cleaning, cleaning is always involved in everything I do. Everything has to be neat organized and in its place. I will go above and beyond when it comes to cleanliness! It’s just my thing!!
