- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
YPS does not have a standard pricing system for our services because every job is different but we strive to fairly price each job and be fairly compensated in return for a job well done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
YPS likes to be able to contact the customer to introduce ourselves and get a clear idea of the services to be rendered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff are professionals from various fields of service that has come together to establish YPS. Each professional is adequately train and qualified in there field of training. Some are also crossed trained by other professionals.
