- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with the customer on the phone, introduce myself, and discuss what they are looking for. If they are interested then I like to set up tasting sessions with the customer. If it is more convenient for them I will travel to them for these sessions. Then I like to start the planning process if he customer hires my services. I do charge $75 for my tastings. Also, due to past situations I ask for 1/3 of cost down to secure date and time and to start on your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in restaurants, also cooked for a group of disabled young adults. I have baked Christmas goodie baskets to deliver to multiple houses, families and facilities for the last 8-10 years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love to bake and cook for other people and decided to start sharing with people.
