Gary was GREAT !! My TV and surround sound, cable and ROKU were a mess. Gary came and started from scratch; hooked up everything; programed my remote. Everything works great.

Ken and Tanya installed 3 TV's and a surround sound system for me. All the equipment is stored in a closet and needed wires to be run to it. Ken was able to identify pre-existing speaker wires in the home and identify the easiest way to install this system with the least drywall damage. They did an outstanding job and I highly recommend them.

David is very reliable, trustworthy, and diligent. He does not sacrifice quality for speed or cost. I've used David for basic home repair, fixture installation, basic plumbing, and furniture assembly, and would not hesitate to use him for any job.

Quality Sound & Video installed a Control 4 home automation system in my home in 2009. The system has proven to be robust and very reliable. So much so that my house pretty much runs itself. I have continually added new hardware and functionality. I am not surprised at just how good Quality Sound & Video is at providing service because that’s what they’ve done from day one. Whenever there is an issue, their technicians get me up & running in a very timely manner. Therefore, I can recommend them without any reservations. They are very good at what they do.

I hired Peak City to finish a basement room. Though it was just one room, it was fairly extensive as code required the addition of a window (which required cutting into a brick wall/engineering/sign off etc). In addition to the window, Paul anticipated and shared with me everything the town was going to require before he even quoted the job. Yes, I had lower bids but no one else mentioned up front the extra costs that would be incurred. (Which obviously would've resulted in higher costs than originally bid.) The total scope of work involved extending the HVAC, moving plumbing, adding electrical, framing out of a closet, drywall install/finishing, the addition of a soffit, hardwood installation (which included removing a threshold and weaving the new hardwoods into the existing hardwoods, which was done seamlessly) painting and trim. I was also impressed with the fact that he took it upon himself to match the existing interior doors/trim etc. (That may sound like a no brainer but I've done many homes/projects over the years and you'd be surprised!!) He did his best to minimize dust and the work area was cleaned up daily (again something one would expect, but doesn't necessarily happen without asking!). He had a handful of trades in who did the same. He finished on time and stayed within the agreed budget with no surprises! Highly recommended!
