- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Home inspection pricing is based on square footage of house and type of foundation, pricing is displayed on website, no hidden cost. Scheduling is easy, can be done via website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After appointment is booked I will schedule access to the house, after inspection is completed payment is required (check, cash or credit card), most report are completed the same day and sent via email that evening.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A licensed North Carolina Home Inspector with prior experience as a construction supervisor. A degree in Business Management and a small business owner for over fifteen years. Experience includes installation of radio towers/ computer networks, insurance inspection, and fireplace and chimney maintenance. Gaining experience in many facets of construction/ inspections that makes him well suited for inspecting and evaluating residential homes.
