- What types of customers have you worked with?
Interior/Exterior painting-includes all prep work such as: cleaning, sanding, caulking, priming, finish coats. Clean up the work site after finishing the job. Pressure washing-Exterior of homes to prep them for painting or just to give them a fresh, clean atmosphere. Clean decks, houses, storage sheds, concrete driveways, patios, porches, anything that needs to be cleaned. Siding replacement- Replacing old siding with the new Hardiplank concrete board. Also replace rotten facial board, windows, doors, corner boards, and etc. Deck staining- Cleaning the deck (normally the whole house) Either brush or spray the deck with top grade stain or sealer (customers preference) Wallpaper and Textured ceiling removal- The removal of wallpaper and textured ceilings are a messy job. Everything must be covered or removed. Either scraped or peeled off and afterwards completely recoated with sheetrock mud to give a nice smooth finish. Then primed and top coated. Handyman services- Change out light fixtures, ceiling fans, tile work, recaulking bath tubs and sinks, fixing or replacing broken locks, anything that needs to be done around the house.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best advice I have to give customers is to not always hire the cheapest and the most expensive. If a contractor gives a high bid doesn't mean he is the best. If a contractor gives you the cheapest bid do no expect to get the same quality work that your would expect to get from B & S that gives high quality work at a competitive rate.
