We require a 1 hour minimum, but our time starts at our arrival.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to gather all the information we can about an issue before going out. This allows us to be sure we have all the correct tools needed to complete the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years of appliance repair, electrical and plumbing experience. I also have a universal EPA certification (HVAC) with 10+ years of experience as well. In addition to this, I have 5+ years of management and training in the residential maintenance field.
