Mr. Ryals gave us great service. What I really appreciated was that he took the time to explain the procedure and protocols in terms that were comprehensive.

Mr. Ryals represented my in a traffic ticket and was very professional and the outcome did not effect my insurance rates. I highly recommend.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing depends on what type of case you have. I generally offer a flat rate fee for most things. If you have multiple issues you would like my help with I do offer a discount. Ex. I charge $1,250 for a wills package, that includes your will, a power of attorney, and a healthcare power of attorney (I include an advance directive in with the healthcare power of attorney). However I only charge $2,000 for couples, $500 in savings.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically, I like to have an initial consult with the new client before I agree to take on the case. I can do that over the phone or in the office. Depending on my availability I also do house calls. I charge $50 for a consult, they usually last any where from thirty minutes to an hour. If we decide to work together I credit your account for the $50.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I graduated a semester early from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University, class of 2019. Took the February '19 bar, and passed on the first attempt. I also have an undergraduate degree in Trust and Wealth Management and a Trust Certificate both from Campbell University, class of 2016.
