I found All Spotless Carpets through a web search and then on WRAL. I needed some carpet repaired so I filled out the form on the website and the next day I received a phone call about setting up the service. I sent Thom a couple of pictures so he could see what I needed, and he was able to give me and estimate. I scheduled the work and requested specific times because we have a baby and the work was outside her room so we needed to do it around her nap time and he was able to do that too. The work was fabulous, and Thom is great. Looking forward to getting the carpet cleaned in the next month or so. Thanks Thom!

Got an estimate via email, for carpet stretching. When he arrived, the estimate was suddenly doubled, bad business, I told him no I that was unacceptable, so he then charged me $35 for showing up.:( I called another carpet agency and they completed the job beautifully and for significantly less than his original amount.
