- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers have a friendly call center agent to process their order and schedule their appointment. On your appointment day you will receive a precall from your technician to give you an ETA on arrival and answer any questions you may have at that time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians go through extensive background checks, interviews and drug screening prior to joining the team. Once on board there is a comprehensive training curriculum consisting of classroom and in field with training supervisors. Our techs are W2 employees that are back by our service guarantee.
