- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we like to have a 30 minutes to one hour meeting either in person all over the phone to help us identify the full need of each client and their expectations. We believe in the philosophy that says, "measured three times but cut once." We have a process that we have coined "The LARIM Process". Which stands for, Listen, Assess, Recommend, Implement, and Maintain. This process helps guide us to make certain that every client's projects are delivered as expected or better. Every element of our process is a partnership.
