- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each shoot will be different but I will always strive to give the customer more than they expected and delivering a great value for a fair price. I don't try to underbid other photographers just on price. I've developed a lot of knowledge and different skills relevant to the industry over 30 years that will deliver an amazing quality product. I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for"!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what the customer is really looking for and what they want the end-use of the photos to be (i.e.-professional portfolio, headshots or profile pictures or personal photos for family, friends and social media.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years life experience in fashion design, graphic design, photography and videography.
