Me and my boy friend run our private food business and use this firm for our accounting and tax filing. They are a highly professional and well managed firm and we are quite happy with their services so far. We first started using Legacy Tax & Resolution Services three years ago when my bf got in trouble for not filing his taxes. They helped resolve his taxes and also reduced the total tax liability. We used them later to help us set up the business and get our license and accounting practices in order. One thing that I really want to stress is that they are very thorough and ask a lot of questions about the business operations and how much money we expected to make. I thought that was weird but my boyfriend says they wanted to see how they could save us money.
