- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first speak with customers to get their event details such as date, duration, and location. Then we send a packet either by mail or email for review. We also meet with certain customers for consultations if desired.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We've provided services for hundreds of brides and grooms, people celebrating birthday's, graduates, churches, and people looking to have a good time. We've worked with many companies including Chili's, Proctor and Gamble, Belk, CertainTeed, Crumley Roberts and more.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Is this pro reliable? Will they cancel on me or become difficult to contact after hiring? Do they have a wide variety of music? Do they take requests at events? Do they take breaks during events? Do they bring all of their own equipment? Are they insured?
