Introduction: We are event producers, while most people in our market are either event planners or productions houses (lights, sound, video, etc). Since we are producers were are able to design unique concepts from a performance aspect, and then provide the needed products (lights,sound, DJ services, decor, etc.) to complete the event experience. Since everything is completed under one roof, the design makes sense from the beginning and saves the client time and money. We enjoy the fabrication and creation of products for our clients. It's always a pleasure to see a project develop from concept, through the design phase and finally to completion and installation steps.

I used SP3 for day of management for a large wedding reception. The day could not have been any better and the service I received was excellent. Shayla and Desmond were super professional but also personable. They made sure my husband and I were the center of attention and the day and that everything ran smoothly and according to plan. Nothing was out of place (and if it was I never knew it); the setup they constructed was phenomenal and the timing, coordination, and organization from pick up to clean up was more than I could ever ask for. 40th Wedding Anniversary Celebration..SP3 was totally responsible for 95% of the planning, control and implementation of the event. _created invitations, guests list, mailed invitations and controlled responses, communicated with me as needed. Decorated tables and created special lighting for the hall. Appropriate music for all ages, had proper sound equipment. Spoke to caterer, coordinated food selections and all items needed for affair. Job was professionally done keeping be apprised of actions taken and expectations. Many positive comments were received from the guests on room decor, order of program and level of sound. Brought items in building orderly and boxes were kept out of public view. Packed shortly after event and left room orderly. Portrayed positive attitude during entire process, worked well with contacts and others assisting. I will recommend SP3 as an outstanding event company to everyone. They are creative and enjoy challenges to help them become the best event company.

Desmond was the DJ at my clients wedding. He was prompt and prepared for their special day and did an amazing job! He was able to adjust his music to suite everyone in attendance and happily accepted request from guests. I would absolutely refer him to anyone I know.

We honestly have a very strong passion for events and live entertainment. Even after preparing for a show for months, it's always fun to see people's reactions.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We cover all types of events, ranging from backyard functions to multiple day festivals. Weddings, college functions, private parties and corporate events comprise a core of our business.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We provide quality work and we are not going to be the cheapest option in town. If pricing is your main determining factor, then we may not be the best fit.
