Jennifer, I am very sorry if your experience with Floors 'N More was anything less than excellent. I only wish I was aware of anything you were unhappy with while I was working at your home, so I could make it right. Thank you for your business, and for leaving this review.
Jesse recently replaced the subfloor and floor in my downstairs bathroom and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. It doesn't even feel like the same room! As a new homeowner, this was the first home improvement project I've taken on and Jesse made it so easy and painless. He was super communicative, fairly priced, and the work is fantastic. I'll definitely be working with Jesse again in the future!Feb 25, 2018VerifiedJesse R.'s reply
Thanks so much Abby! I'm very glad you like the bathroom floor, and hope to help you again in the future. -Floors 'N More
Jesse did a fantastic job on our floors. He tiled our bathroom and installed a new toilet. Jesse was on time, communicated cost and progress frequently and answered all our questions. He is very professional and I would hire him again, no doubt.Oct 27, 2017VerifiedJesse R.'s reply
Thank you Jennifer!
We had a shower stall tiled with 12 x 24 porcelain tile. The size of the tile and the method of installation were very important to us and Jesse worked with our concerns, waterproofing and centering tiles on each wall. We are very particular people and found ourselves annoyed at the amount of cleaning of hazed tiles that had to be done. The scrubbing and buffing of tiles for a finished look should be part of the job. Other than that last step, we were pleased.Oct 2, 2016VerifiedJesse R.'s reply
Pat, I apologize if there was a bit of grout residue left behind after your job. I would have been happy to come back and wipe it down for you had you asked. That said, I will be mindful of this in the future, and I appreciate your business!

- How did you get started doing this type of work?I grew up building houses with my Dad and brothers, and there were certain aspects of the work I latched onto more than others. Then later I was hired by a big box store as a flooring installer.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take? One of my customers had an older home with lath and plaster ceilings, and they were breaking off and coming down in her bedroom and foyer area. I was able to carefully remove it all, put drywall up and paint it. Now her kids can run around upstairs without her being concerned about chunks of cement coming down on her bed, TV, or laminate floors and damaging them.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?I think reliability and quality are some of the biggest things to look for when hiring a contractor. Unfortunately there are many guys out there who are not legit. I've seen customers get jerked around by "professionals" they decided to hire based on their perceived affordability, only to pay much more later to have the mess cleaned up by the guy they passed over because his price was a little higher.
