I have used Victoria Glovich as a personal trainer for the last year and a half. She is great at tailoring a workout to meet your needs and the best part is that you can do them anywhere. You do not need alot of equipment or time spent at the gym. She utilizes your bodyweight and I saw faster result then I ever saw at the gym. Her boot camps are intense, the personal one on one sessions are tailored specifically to me. She motivates with positive feedback, holds me responsible, and offers good advice on changing the way you think about exercise , your relationship with food, etc. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted to accomplish and worked with me to put together a progam that works fro me. I would highly recommend Victoria Glovitch.

Are you ready to take charge of your life again? Then look no further, the trainers at the Wellness Xchange are absolutely phenomenal. I've been training with Victoria and her assistant Bridget for the last 3 months and they have NOT disappointed.  From the very moment I stepped into the facility, I felt a sense of peace come over me.  The atmosphere and staff are so inviting. My first session with them was an unfamiliar yet extremely exhilarating Surfset class. It was intense but it was worth it, the amount of excitement that rushed through my body as I envisioned myself vacationing on Miami beach tackling the waves was moving.  I'd only stopped by in hopes to lose a couple pounds, tone up, and be on my way.  But the ladies had another idea in mind.  Victoria specializes in Sports Physiology and adherence, in which her focus is not only of sculpting the physique but also sculpting the mind.  I've only been apart of the Transformation program for 3 months now and I feel amazing.  I use to workout WHEN I had time with trainers at different facilities in and around the areas I've lived but I haven't ran into anything quite as unique as what they have going on here.  They guarantee results and well lets just say I'm 25lbs lighter and everyone around me has noticed my outlook on life has changed as well.  My energy levels are through the roof, I've never felt so strong or looked so strong in my entire adult life.  And with all of that said, I have the confidence to recommend the WXC to anyone I know.

Victoria and all of the trainers at The Wellness Xchange have shown me an entirely new mindset to working out. As an athlete my whole life, I was focused on a different type of workout and training regiment. This year, they have shown me how fun and exciting working out can be again! No longer is it just lifting weights until I can't any longer. I now have the ability to workout with guidance, an amazing support system from others in my class, and an overall wellness program built for ME! I can't wait to continue working with this team of trainers and see how far I can push myself for success. With the constant variety in classes and exercises and personal training added in too, the sky is the limit!

As a 40 year old working mom and mother of two girls (10 and 12), I finally decided in June of 2014 that I needed to invest in me so I could invest in my husband and kids. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2011 and had an MRI in 2013 which showed severe arthritis in my lower back so exercise hurt. In addition, I have an imbalance in my hip which causes pain and osteoarthritis in my right toe. The toe seems weird but when you’re exercising, the toes are important! Just by looking at my ailments, I have a good case why exercising should be limited. I have spent the last 10 years working out at home to DVD’s (I have to confess I purchased infomercial DVD’s), trying the elliptical at our neighborhood gym and downloaded an app on my iPhone to count calories and nothing seemed to work. I would push through the pain, and take some ibuprofen after the work out so I could function. I would work hard for a month and the scale wouldn’t move and I would give up. I hated to take pictures because I couldn’t find enough shape wear to hide my body and there isn’t shape wear for my face and neck! After years of trying to get fit on my own, I realized that isn’t working. Sure, my friends would encourage me, but no one would take out a scale and tape measure and keep me in check; no one would ask me if I was watching what I ate. One Saturday morning I was sitting at the Laundromat cleaning my rugs when I saw the class next door jumping around on what looked like surfboards. They seemed to be having fun and one woman walked out after class and I asked her about it and she walked me inside to meet Victoria. The rest is history. Victoria has a process and a method and cares about what makes me tick. What seemed like a pain in the neck (food logs, satiety charts, energy, clarity and mood charts) was the first step to adjusting my thought process about food. I’m Italian so I love all things Italian. I didn’t think I could stay away from the foods I grew up eating but after watching my inflammation decrease, my sleep increase and my brain fog clear, I started to see things differently. I realized it was the food I was eating that caused the fog. For a few years I was worried about my mind going. I walked from one room to the other and forgot why I was in the room. After two weeks of food logs, I realized it was the FOOD causing the fog, not my mind going! (I still occasionally eat pasta but I know what it does to me!) Surfset was my first class and I love it! I enjoy the class sizes and the judgment free atmosphere. They could care less how crazy I look while exercising because no one else is watching me! I’ve been to other gyms and nothing compares to this because it’s not a “gym.” Exercises are modified to work with my physical limitations so I never have an excuse. So far, I have lost 24 inches over my body and 13 pounds and have muscles I haven’t seen since I was a cheerleader and can hit the floor and do “big boy” pushups! I have had to alter clothes and when I went on a business trip a few weeks ago, people who haven’t seen me in a year asked me what I was doing because they saw a huge difference. Victoria is a diamond in the rough and I’m addicted to the classes! I hate to miss for any reason! I’m not where I want to be yet, but I’m on the right path. If I don’t have an excuse, you don’t either!
