Just ask. We normally have them.

We greet them, exchange contact information, talk to get an understanding, do the project, keep contact with the customer & any updates with the furniture; then, we take it back brand new.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, we have training in wooden furniture.
