What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because design (either digital or print) is so subjective we do not give firm quotes until after discussing the project with the client, there are too many variables, that can not be covered in a simple online form.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Commercial Art and Print Design.
Certificates in design from the Academy of Art University,
Management from Johnson C Smith University
Interactive Multimedia from Center for Creative Resources
10 years working for RJ Reynolds in Marketing & IT and 3 years for Remington Outdoor as their Digital Marketing Manager
What types of customers have you worked with?
We prefer working with start up companies to mid-sized corporations, where we can work directly with the decision makers and develop a relationship that will help them grow their business.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Any one can purchase a pretty logo off the internet. Look for some one who is interested in you and really wants to help your business grow. Design and marketing is about image and how you are perceived in your community.
We are about partnering with our clients so our reputation is on the line as well.
